结构特点

Structural characteristics

柜体材质:基本骨架为组合装配式结构,柜体封板采用高质量的冷轧钢板,框架、内隔板及功能单元多采用进口敷铝锌钢板,其余金属结构件经镀锌防腐处理。

Cabinet material: The basic skeleton is a combination assembly structure, and the cabinet cover plate is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate. The frame, inner partition, and functional units are mostly made of imported aluminum zinc coated steel plate, and the remaining metal structural components are treated with galvanizing and anti-corrosion.

基本单元:以 8E(E=25mm)为基本单元,功能单元有 8E/4、8E/2、6E、8E、12E、16E、24E、32E、72E 等多种规格,一台 MCC 柜多可布置 36 个功能单元,能实现 PC、MCC 混装。

柜体分隔:开关柜内每个柜体分隔为水平母线隔室、功能单元隔室及电缆室,室与室之间用高强度阻燃塑料功能板和敷铝锌板隔开。

Cabinet division: Each cabinet in the switchgear is divided into horizontal busbar compartment, functional unit compartment, and cable compartment. 工作原理

working principle

电能分配原理:通过主母线将电源引入柜体,再经分支母线分配到各个抽屉式或固定式功能单元,实现对不同负载的供电。

Power distribution principle: The power is introduced into the cabinet through the main busbar, and then distributed to various drawer or fixed functional units through branch busbars to achieve power supply to different loads.

控制与保护原理:功能单元内配置断路器、接触器、热继电器等电器元件。当电路发生过载、短路等故障时,断路器自动跳闸切断电路;热继电器在电动机过载时,根据电流大小和时间关系,经过一定延时后动作,使接触器分闸,保护电动机;接触器则用于控制电路的通断,实现对负载的启停控制。

Control and protection principle: Electrical components such as circuit breakers, contactors, and thermal relays are configured within the functional unit. When the circuit experiences overload, short circuit or other faults, the circuit breaker automatically trips and cuts off the circuit; When the motor is overloaded, the thermal relay operates after a certain delay based on the current magnitude and time relationship, causing the contactor to open and protecting the motor; Contactors are used to control the on/off of circuits and achieve on/off control of loads.

维护要点

Maintenance points

定期清洁:每隔 3 个月对配电柜进行一次清洁,使用干净的软布或毛刷柜体表面灰尘,用吸尘器柜体内部灰尘。

Regular cleaning: Conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the distribution cabinet every 3 months, using a clean soft cloth or brush to remove dust on the surface of the cabinet, and using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust inside the cabinet.

紧固连接:每年少进行一次的紧固检查,使用力矩扳手对母线连接螺栓、开关接线端子、电缆接头等部位进行紧固。

Tightening connection: Conduct a comprehensive tightening inspection at least once a year, using torque wrenches to tighten the busbar connection bolts, switch terminals, cable joints, and other parts.

元件校验:定期对配电柜内的保护电器元件如断路器、热继电器、熔断器等进行校验,校验周期一般为 1-2 年。

Component verification: Regularly verify the protective electrical components such as circuit breakers, thermal relays, fuses, etc. inside the distribution cabinet, with a verification cycle of generally 1-2 years.

功能测试:每半年进行一次抽屉单元的机械联锁功能测试,同时对操作手柄、按钮等控制元件进行功能测试。

Functional testing: Conduct mechanical interlocking function testing of drawer units every six months, and also perform functional testing on control components such as operating handles and buttons.
