成套配电柜安装的质量问题往往被许多工作人给忽视，由于对这些问题的处理不当给实际工作带来了不少麻烦。

基础型钢焊接处焊渣清理不净，除锈不干净，油漆刷不均匀，有漏刷现象。

柜（盘）内，电器元件、瓷件油漆损坏。

柜（盘）内控制线压接不紧，接线错误。
