依据技术部提供的钣金图(面板开孔图)检查是否符合图纸要求。

对柜体结构检查看开关、机构等一次元器件安装孔位是否正确。
Check the cabinet structure to see if the installation holes of primary components such as switches and mechanisms are correct.
柜体是否变形、表面是否破损。
Check if the cabinet is deformed and if the surface is damaged.
产品骨架装配时，其垂直度(采用对角线误差测定)、平面度、结构要素之间形成的间隙误差应符合表1的规定。
When assembling the product skeleton, the perpendicularity (measured using diagonal error), flatness, and gap errors formed between structural elements should comply with the provisions of Table 1.
结构在组装前应检查外壳的防护等级是否符合相关标准的规定(一般应达到IP30)。
Before assembly, the structure should be checked to see if the protection level of the shell meets the relevant standards (generally reaching IP30).
门开启应灵活.门开启的角度不得小于90°。
The door should be opened flexibly. The angle of opening the door should not be less than 90 °.
电镀件的镀层不应有起皮，脱落，发黑，生锈等缺陷，骨架组装时应将有所述缺陷的零件排除出来。
The plating layer of electroplated parts should not have defects such as peeling, peeling, blackening, rusting, etc. When assembling the skeleton, the parts with the aforementioned defects should be excluded.
装置外表面喷涂层应有良好的附着力，不应有皱纹、流痕、起泡、杂质、刷痕、透底色等缺陷，色泽应均匀，表面涂层不应有眩光，距装置1m处目测，同批量装置及并列使用的装置不应有明显色差。
